Every time you order your contact lenses online, you will automatically accumulate loyalty points. You can check your progress anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the Loyalty Points button. We'll also periodically update you with your progress to ensure you don't miss out on the points (and free contact lenses!) your deserve. Enjoy those free lenses!

The (now obsolete) loyalty sticker programme.

On September 30th 2011 we have discontinued our previous loyalty sticker programme that we have run for several years. We no longer send loyalty stickers on this programme.

Can I still redeem the loyalty stickers I have collected?

Yes you can! We still reward customers for the stickers they have received. Just send us your loyalty card with however many stickers you have on it and we will load it to your account as the equivalent in new loyalty points. The card is freepost so no stamp required. Send it today!
