Delivered on time or they're free
This promotion applies to orders of all brands identified on the product page.
When you get to the checkout page, you can select whether to apply the delivery guarantee to your order. (Costs an extra $1.00 per item)
Your order will be shipped as usual, but if it is not delivered within two business days of when the order was correctly placed (see conditions below for definition of a correctly placed order) you will get your entire order value immediately refunded.
So if you place an order on a Monday, your lenses must be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. If they aren’t delivered until Thursday, you are eligible for a full refund.
All you need to do is contact us contacts@ezylens.co.nz or freephone 0800 399 536, quote your order reference number or invoice number, and request a refund of your order on our delivery guarantee. A valid order confirmation number must be supplied.
Delivery Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- Only applies to orders placed online.
- Orders must be placed by 3.30pm. Orders placed after this time will be deemed as being placed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are deemed as being placed on the next business day.
- For rural deliveries an extra two days is added. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
- Guarantee is invalid if incorrect or insufficient delivery address details are given by the customer.
- All deliveries are non signature only.
- The delivery address must be a New Zealand address.
- The delivery guarantee only applies to the brands and prescription range as specified on each individual brand page. Proof of prescription and proof of identity may be requested and, if denied, may invalidate the guarantee at the discretion of Ezylens.
- Some lenses may be supplied under a different brand name, however the lenses will be exactly the same as ordered.
- An order is deemed as being placed when full payment is received.
- The time of delivery is taken as the time stated by the courier delivery company.
- The guarantee will not apply to orders placed between 10th December and the 10th January.
