Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Ezyvision Ltd. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Ezyvision reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

General

You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Ezyvision takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us. For all orders of contact lenses, you agree that you are only purchasing contact lenses for which you have been prescribed by your Eyecare Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. Ezyvision Ltd reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying contact lenses.

Website Prices

Some prices are cheaper through our online store and we may charge more if orders are placed via other methods eg. phone, email etc.

Shipping Costs

Delivery of orders placed via the website to a New Zealand address is FREE! Delivery of orders to a New Zealand address placed by other methods eg phone, email will incur a $3.95 shipping charge. Delivery to a non New Zealand address is $12.95 unless items from the Contact Lens Solution page is ordered, in which case the shipping cost is $24.95.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to contacts@ezylens.co.nz. We will process your request immediately.

Returns

If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Ezyvision, we will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product to us and supplying you with the correct product. If you wish to return product either under the satisfaction Guarantee, or for any other reason other than at the fault of Ezyvision, all return costs must be met by you.

Faulty Product

If you have a faulty product, email us at contacts@ezylens.co.nz or freecall 0800 399 536. Provide us with the lens details, and invoice number that the lenses were supplied on. We will issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product. You do not need to return the faulty product to us.

60 Day, 100% full money back Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return any product to us within 60 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the product for a prompt and courteous full refund of your entire purchase price. No reason will be required other than that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. This guarantee is specifically designed to give you peace of mind when ordering from us. The product returned must be unopened, and in original, re-saleable condition.

Delivery Guarantee

Only applies to orders placed online. Orders must be placed by 3.30pm. Orders placed after this time (or placed on a weekend or any other non-business day) will be deemed as being placed on the following business day. For rural deliveries an extra two days is added. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. Guarantee is invalid if incorrect or insufficient delivery address details are given by the customer. All deliveries are non signature only. The delivery address must be a New Zealand address. The delivery guarantee only applies to the brands and prescription range as specified on each individual brand page. Proof of prescription and proof of identity may be requested and, if denied, may invalidate the guarantee at the discretion of Ezyvision. Some lenses may be supplied under a different brand name, however the lenses will be exactly the same as ordered. An order is deemed as being placed when full payment is received. The time of delivery is taken as the time stated by the courier delivery company. The guarantee will not apply to orders placed between 10th December and the 10th January.

Referrals

A customer (referrer) may refer as many other contact lens wearers (referees) as they wish and for each referee who places an order, the referrer will be eligible for a free box of contact lenses of their choice subject to the terms and conditions below.

The following terms and conditions apply. The person referred cannot be a current or historical customer of Ezyvision Ltd. The referee must place their first order within six months of their name being supplied by the referrer. If the referee places an order more than six months later, the offer is invalid and the referrer cannot claim a free box for the referral. To protect the integrity of this offer, proof of prescription and proof of identity may be requested at any time of both the referrer and the referee, and, if denied, may invalidate the offer at the discretion of Ezyvision. This will apply if both the referrer and the referee order the same contact lenses. A person can only be referred via the referral process on the website. Referrals will not be valid if supplied by other means such as phone or email. By referring another person you signify you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Conditions of the 45 day free credit offer

By placing an order and selecting EzyPay as the payment method, you agree that you are aware of the conditions of this offer and agree to make full payment of the value of your order on or before 45 days from the date your order was placed. In the event you fail to pay the full value by the agreed date as described above, you agree to pay an additional $50.00 recovery fee that shall be immediately applied once the amount remains unpaid for more than 45 days. You further agree to pay all additional costs incurred by Ezyvision Ltd and/or its appointed agents in recovering the outstanding amount.

As security, you agree to provide valid credit card details as required. These are held securely and are deleted once payment has been made. In the event that the amount remains unpaid, Ezyvision Ltd reserves the right to attempt payment with the details provided.

A maximum order value of $200.00 is allowed. New Zealand customers only are eligible for this offer. Only contact lenses and contact lens care products are eligible to be purchased with this offer, excluding the Freshlook range of contact lenses.

To protect the integrity of this offer, proof of prescription and proof of identity may be requested and if denied, may invalidate the offer at the discretion of Ezyvision Ltd. Furthermore Ezyvision Ltd retains the right to refuse to supply an order without giving a reason for doing so.
